Hi all, I am just wondering if anyone (outside of Auckland) redeemed any rewards recently and how long the delivery took from the day of order.
Expected delivery from the order email is within 8 working days and I'm currently at 10 working days without receiving anything.
Their helpline is of no help and says is unable to provide me with a tracking code so I'm just expected to sit and wait. 🤡
EDIT: Never mind, helpline called back saying my item was lost in transit. Fantastic. 🙃
