$1.99 for First month at Disney Plus. (84% discount for the first month).

Yes, I know I know… Disney.

But how much can you binge in one month?

Cool, they don't even have a free trial offer anymore.

    "Yes, I know I know… Disney"

There's actually some good stuff on there. I love watching MAS*H, and when I'm with my partner we've been binging out on old episodes of Bones. Plus National Geographic stuff, you'd be surprised as to how much content is on there.

Just stay well clear of the Star Wars…

    • I was actually watching something on Disney when I posted this. There's some very good content. No Song of the South though.

Another way to get a month of Disney+ is to join Microsoft Gamepass Ultimate for $1 and under their perks section you can claim a free 30-day trial of Disney+.

Just saw on the flybuys app if you sign up for a Disney+ monthly subscription ($1.99 for first month) before 8:59pm on 15th November, you get a bonus 300 flybuys points as a welcome gift (credited within 25 days of sign up).

I assume you could just pay the $1.99 then cancel the subscription after you get the points? Which makes this very appealing as 300 points is ~ $47 in value

    • Yeah I wonder how close that 25 day window will be to the renewal date. Seems like it would be all good. I don't need Disney+ but keen on the 300 points.

    • Just signed up. See what happens.

      • the deal is for annual subscribers so you won't qualify paying a monthly fee

There is another deal where you sign up for 1 month, you get 300 bonus points. Just saw it advertised on the App.

          Thanks @martz5 !

Just read the T&Cs. The 25 days start from the first $12.99 payment I think?

@Wakrak: The terms are a bit ambiguous. I read it as you get the points within 25 days of signing up for a monthly subscription (which you are doing when you pay $1.99).
Even if you went for the first month at $12.99 that will still get you over $50 worth of New World dollars so I'm going to give it a shot and see what happens.

@bigcheese: Yeah either way I think it'll be alright. Probably won't watch a single show but I'll definitely be watching me Fly Buys account.

            • @bigcheese: 25 working days could stretch it over a month with weekends included, that being said I really don't think this will be the case that you still require having an active subscription before rewards are handed out.

This is a really generous offer, never figured I would try D+ until today.

Subscribe to watch Shang Chi then cancel it after.

    • Same. Spent ages browsing and didn't really find anything of interest to watch. Would not pay $12.99 a month.
