    I would not recommend these ebikes, stick to the big brands.

        Hi Boland, welcome to cheapies.

        IMO it's hard to come close to the build quality that the brand names(giant, Merida etc) who are building in Taiwan are able to achieve, at least in the low end to middle of the market.

        While other brands may work fine out of the box it's typically issues with weatherproofing, corrosion resistance, availability of parts and durability that almost invariably present themselves after relatively short periods of use.

        With ebikes there is the added factor of battery lifespan, a quality battery made with quality cells(LG or Panasonic etc) may hold a significant amount of it's original capacity for up to 800 charge cycles.

        Unfortunately if a battery is built using inferior cells they just won't last nearly as long, replacement batteries are usually pretty expensive too.

    I have had one of these from them for a few weeks now and I haven't had any issues. It rides really nice for an entry-level e-bike at a lower price.
