  • 1-3 times a year, the 'mini' version of this goes on sale at containderdoor or the like, for around $350.

    We got it 2 years ago, plenty big enough for most people. Pretty sure I wouldn't pay $400 more for the big one, unless of course you make very large batches [and to be honest, mixing up 2-3 batches of dough or whatever is trivial, set and forget for a few minutes, then repeat].
