Use a phone or responsive mode on PC to claim.

For PC:

• Log into Ubisoft
• [PC Chrome] ctrl-shift I, then ctrl-shift-M and click the below link
• click this link
• Click the blue writing, NOT the green
• Click blue button beneath ¥0.00

For Mobile:

• Open UBI store Trials Fusion Japan page in web browser
• Claim game
• Login
• Claim game
  ALL GOOD. Your game is activated on your Ubisoft Connect for PC Library

    You have to download Ubisoft Connect and log into your account.

    Was pleasantly surprised to log into mine and see that I have Anno 1701, Assassins' Creed: Chronicles China, Starlink: Battle For Atlas, Trial Rising, & Trial Fusion.

    I forgot about those deals.

  I get the message "ALL GOOD Your game is activated on your Ubisoft Connect for PC Library."
  But when I open Ubisoft Connect and click on games it's not showing up (I see all my other games).
  I'll wait a few hours and see later.

  Not sure on the need for (ctrl + shift + M)
  But found this note: For the Ctrl+Shift+M shortcut to really open/toggle the Device toolbar/mode (instead of just opening the user profile popup), you need to be focused on the Chrome Developer Tools window.

    I get the same message.

    Shift-Ctrl-M toggles 'Responsive Design Mode' in FireFox - not sure if Chrome is the same.

      I just shrunk the window to make it look like a phone screen and the site responsively changes and that worked for me.

    Yeah I'm not sure if the phone method or the browser method worked for me because I did both. The description is a copy & paste from Reddit.

    Game didn't appear straight away for me either.

  New private window
  Shrink you browser
  Copy paste this link
  click on the giveaway link it'll try redirect you to anz store
  click back and do it again this time should stay in japan
  sign in
  click the link again and it should come saying it's added
  few mins later i saw it on my uplay account

    That worked.
    I didn't even have to refresh Ubi connect. It showed up while I had it open on the games page.

  Looks like people have already worked it out, but I described how to do this on desktop before in previous posts. You need to make your browser appear like it's mobile. I don't mean user agent that doesn't work, instead either reduce the size of your browser or zoom in a lot.
