I just signed up for first time ever, do we receive a physical membership card in the mail or something? I couldn't find anything in their FAQs regarding a physical card.

There is no way it will go lower than 10c (unless it becomes free) so this is probably the time to join.
When this was $1 in the past (online), some stores had a free to join sign up too in-store.

If you sign up in store your $10 sign up credit will be available once you have activated your membership and set up your online account. If you sign up online your sign up >credit will be available as soon as your have completed sign up.

Looks like the credit lasts a month before expiring . Might be touch and go if you're looking to buy instore in Auckland anyway .

SCA put a hold on my card for my order, few hrs later I receive the above email. I used my loyalty credit towards my order and now my loyalty credit balance is now zero. Pretty sad really.

Don't forget to use your credit if you haven't already. Mine was set to expire October 20. Ended up buying a galvanized 4 shelf unit for $26.99 total.
