My guess is that the deal will be released at 4pm our time. I say that because if you Google "National Cheese Day" the first thing you see is "National Cheese Day in the United States - 4th June". Currently the time in Washington is 10:08pm - 3rd June. I reckon as soon as it ticks over to 12am US time it will activate for us.
