Do yourself a favour and don’t buy anything off 1-Day. I’ve had nothing but disappointment from their products. And it’s taken quite a few purchases to come to that realisation. Cheap and poorly made. Rant over 😉

Pay for reputable, reliable brands then. You can't buy cheap crap and then complain that it's cheap crap. I've used 1-Day countless times and have never had an issue.

Yes I have to agree somewhat as buyer beware. I've brought no name USB wall chargers and USB hubs and found them to be nowhere near their rated output. This particular item is not a charger it's actually a wireless dock as you need the appropriate fast charging USB charger but still a good price for a dock. I found name brand stuff usually an excellent buy, but there generic non-branded stuff a mixed bag.There returns system is a bit tedious but in the end a good outcome and quite often a bonus discount coupon for your trouble.
I steer well clear of generic power supplies. I see no sense in using these things to power expensive devices, they just aren't worth the risk.
