  • Nice to see.

Coming from an EU country (where iinternational roaming charges are capped) the roaming charges here are beyond belief!

I know of some poor people who have come back from holiday with phone bills in exess of $1k for using 200mbs!

There should be some international standard to prevent price gouging of this kind.

Wonder will Spark or Vodafone have any response.

  • Probably cheaper to buy OZ sim card

    • For most I would guess probabily not, especially if you have a contract. Also saves on the hassle of having to use a different number.

Happy to be corrected with examples though.

        • A bit unclear what the cost is here for the SIM and Data.

What I tend to do is fluctuate between the 2 degrees pay monthly plans depending what my data balance is.

If I was travelling to Australia for a long weekend with this promo I Probabily wouldn't need to purchase any thing or change my SIM.
