Depends on what you want to invest.
Understand what options the platform can offer and whether it suits your need.
The platform isn't really user friendly but no-fee for the platform is a big plus to me and the fund choices are enough for me.

I use Invest Now for S&P 500 investments since Invest Now has competitively low fees.
The platform is pretty good and so far no issues, however, I don't have much else to compare it to.
I check it once a month and no hiccups for the past 2 years.
