Not non-existent but broken link. If you check the URL it's https://portal.komo.digital/portal/site/cc9e47cb-43b7-4a8d-aac7-5d93e0ea024c/www.burgerking.co.nz/legal which not particularly surprisingly doesn't work. It's supposed to be sending you to their main website but instead is sending you to a subpage on ther promotion management page. The proper URL does work https://www.burgerking.co.nz/legal
IMO would be better to report direct to Burger King and only go to the commerce commission if they don't fix it, but your choice of course.

Email worked for me on Gmail or actually Google Workspaces. So dunno about email problems although expect it could be just delays due to number of emails they're sending. But their SMS system didn't work with Kogan last time so not surprising it still doesn't. Probably worth complaining to both Kogan and Burger King if you're affected. Shortcode for me on 2degrees was 8031 this time, last time 338

Mine just arrived via email & txt around 3 hours after filling out the form. It says the voucher expires 11.59pm tonight so it was a waste of time for me. Thanks anyway OP.
On the link in the email for me it says expires Tuesday 11.59pm (though the signup process said valid for 24hrs)
Redeemed mine in-store without too much hassle, other than two managers needing to look at it on my phone
I was able to redeem at a store (well, outside a store), but there was a lot of confusion about them only accepting online orders because of Level 3.
If there's a way to redeem the code via online order you'll probably have a better time. I don't know how that process works though.
