Are you applying TM codes on TWH app?
I think its probably done via The Market; where TWH will have the savings (automatically) applied at checkout, and then you add the 10% off The Market code before paying - to get the deals stacked. At least thats what I did.

How do you stack codes on The Market? I only get the option to put one in?
@updog: Would only work if the TWH item says something like 10% applies at the cart (due to TWH's Cyber Monday sale today that has flowed through to TM), then you can apply the TM code to the purchase on top of the retailer discount. You can't stack TM codes if that is what you are trying to do.

Usually thats because you have used it before, or you have a cart that is to small (below $2 i think - maybe $1) or you have some item which is excluded - usually large items but can be anything - try removing stuff and testing one by one if thats the case.
