    Hi, can you link a you tube review for this bike please. I've seen there's a few but with different specs so would appreciate a review for this model you're selling.

        Excellent thanks for the reply Brian. That's the same video I saw last night :)
        Can you confirm its the 250W motor and top speed is 32kph thanks. Can you get the 500w model as sold in the US?

          Our current bike setup in NZ is limited to a 250-300W motor and is set at 32km/h with a throttle. We customized our bike motors to comply with New Zealand's regulations. (If your e-bike's motor has an output of 300 watts or less, it's considered as a bicycle) This means that it is not necessary to register or license them to use it in public places.

          You can purchase a 500W motor separately and upgrade it, but you need to install an off-road kit to get a faster speed of about 45 km/h.

    They have no physical address in NZ. The address on their nz homepage is an accounting company.
    It will be very troublesome if you need someone to fix your bike in the future.

    Yea see its an Auckland address. Have seen reviews on the bike and NCM got a good rep overseas from the you tube videos I've seen. Would be great if there was a local retailer selling this bike. Have to give a test ride if splashing out 2k.
    Would like OP to answer the above questions. Also would like to know the top speed.
