Any customer who has downloaded the Mobil NZ app between the 15th September 2020 00:01 and 12th October 2020 23:59 will receive the following three in-app coupons: a 12c per litre fuel discount coupon, a free coffee coupon and a free car wash coupon.
All coupons will be valid for 28 days after a customer has downloaded the Mobil NZ app or the coupons have been added to the customer’s account.
The Mobil NZ app is available for download on Google Play and the App Store.
The car wash coupon, coffee coupon and fuel discount can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers or discount day promotions.
To redeem the 12c per litre fuel discount a customer must select the coupon and either, scan ‘My Smiles card’ in store or when using ‘Pay in Car’ through the Mobil NZ app when paying for fuel.
The 12c per litre discount coupon entitles a customer to a 12c per litre discount on every litre, up to a maximum of 100 litres, of fuel purchased (excluding LPG). No minimum spend required. At participating sites only.
The free coffee coupon entitles a customer to one hot beverage of their preference, depending on availability in-store. The coupon must be presented at the time of purchase to be redeemed.
The free car wash coupon entitles a customer to one car wash service. The coupon must be presented at the time of purchase to be redeemed.
If a car wash in the customer’s area is temporarily closed, the car wash coupon expiry date will be extended at Mobil’s discretion.

The promotional period runs from 15th September 2020 at 00:01 until 12th October 2020 at 23:59. Offer available at participating sites only.
This offer is not extended to Commercial Fleetcard, Ruralco Card, RD1 Farmsource Card and Mobilcard customers. Offer is not redeemable for cash. This offer cannot be combined with any other Mobil Smiles points offer (except Mobil Smiles reward redemption).

    Can I just drive my car to a Mobil Station, pick up the free coffee and get my car washed but don't refuel?

      Nope. The Mobil car washes are closed until the restriction lifts. The App says they will give you another if it expires, but I think you need to have used the app to pay for fuel first.

        The car wash app voucher expires in a month, and I doubt the water restrictions will end by then. So forget about the free car wash if you're in Auckland.

          Haha I haven't even used the bloody thing. Hamilton stitched me up. Want someone other than myself to clean the car.

            Just used mine today. Went to the snow and completely mudded up the car. Good enough wash (on the borrowed 4wd). The coffee is very average with it coming out of an automated machine rather than a barrister made coffee. Still, a good warmer while sitting in the carwash.
