  • Sometimes they make the deal even better by having buy one game get one half price plus the meal voucher.

    • Hi there, its been long time now, The warehouse is not doing "Buy one and get another for half price sale"…I am also waiting for that sale :)

      Thanks for adding link :)

Also note that it is a voucher valued at $30 worth of McDonalds, not a $30 voucher to spend on what you like:

Each McDonald's voucher will be accepted in exchange for two (2) x Big Mac®, one (1) x Quarter Pounder®, one (1) x McChicken®, four (4) x medium fries, four (4) x medium drinks at any participating McDonald's® restaurant in New Zealand, subject to availability.

Thanks for clarifying. That devalues this offer significantly and makes it pretty useless to me.

  • If you buy online/click and collect… where do you enter the details?

    • It looks like it's either part of the online order, or you get presented a form to complete when submitting the order

If you make a qualifying purchase online - You do not need to contact Hasbro to claim your voucher, your claim will be automatically submitted after you have completed the online entry form at the time of making your online purchase. • Just purchased trivial pursuit and no "form" was presented prior to payment to complete. Not holding out much hope I get the voucher :(

        • Oh bummer. I hope then that they submit it on your behalf from your order details :(

        • Only a few days, but did you hear anything about this?

I was going to order online, but now I am thinking not.

Did you contact TWL's customer support?

          Thanks,

          Alan.

          • @Alan6984: Still in a battle with The Warehouse to honour this promotion. Haven't received a voucher and the customer service team is now ignoring my emails to resolve.
I will be making a complaint to the advertising regulator shortly. Really unfair they have a promotion which is entirely false.

            • @mustangnz: ,

              Sorry to hear that.

I decided to go for the promotion on the grounds we were going to be purchasing the items for birthday presents anyway, so nothing to lose.

For what its worth, and no help to you, but I received my voucher from Hasbro this week, so took maybe two / three weeks to come through after I sent off the till printout.

Hope you get some satisfaction from Hasbro!

              Thanks,

              Alan.

              • @Alan6984: Literally my comment below "What was up with the similar deal last year where some members didn't even receive their Mcdonalds vouchers or received them very very late?" to which NZBigC replied "No responsibility will be accepted for postal errors that result in entry forms or McDonald's vouchers arriving late or going missing."

@saxasianguy: Yes - It did give me cause for concern, but since I figured we'd be spending the money anyway, albeit no necessarily on Hasbro stuff, it seemed like it was worth going for it with little, if anything, to lose.

Looks like I was just lucky.

Also to note - I purchased in store, and posted the printout from the till. Might be different (although you'd think less risky) if you bought online.

                  Alan.

Yeahhhh I think I will pass on that.

  • Good deal. We used it last year with a BOGO half price.
I think the title is misleading, should update it please, regarding the voucher.
