  • Seems to be a good deal. But sadly can't find the same model at Mitre10 to match the price.

    • Looks like a few more deals coming from DeWalt New Zealand tomorrow In their black Friday promotion so there might be the same deals at mitre 10

      • Bunnings have this too - at a much lower price by the looks of it.

        Alan.

        • Do you have a link? Pricematching would make Bunnings a fantastic deal.

            • @Alan6984: Different model numbers. Don't know the differences though.

              • @xsolider: Most likely nothing but a model number difference… they do this so they don’t have to price beat.

                • @Joshyss: Yes - I used to run a business that supplied to retailers. They would regularly ask us to supply product with a unique product code, specifically so that they could not be asked to beat a competitors price by 15% (or whatever it was at the time).

                  Alan.

              • @xsolider: The one from Bunnings is a hammer drill, while the one from Tools and Industrial Supplies is an impact driver. Might look like the same product but both fulfils a different role..

  • the toolshed, placemakers, onehunga power tool centre, power tool people also do the same deal according to dewalts site

    mitre10 is doing the $299 BL hammer drill+2 4ah battery+charger deal

bunnings is doing the $249 deal for a different BL hammer drill+5ah batter+charger

    • Awesome! the tool shed may be easyier for most people to source this deal due to the stores they have all over the country.

  • They had a way better deal the last time a yellow and black Friday one came up. But I think Bunnings and mitre 10 have decided not to stock the same deals this time as so many people price matched it and they must have lost a fair bit of profits from the price wars.

    • That makes sense now…
