  Don't forget this upgrades up to 36 months xbox live gold or regular gamepass currently on your account to ultimate for a $1 charge. So get stacking any cheap gold or gamepass subs you can find before spending the $1.

  I got 3 years of Brazillian Live gold on CDKeys last year and used a VPN to claim it on my account then paid for the upgrade, 3 years of GPU for about $150. Worked out at just over $4 a month.

      Mate I had so many issues.

      Redeeming the codes worked but getting them to upgrade to ultimate was impossible. Spent 3 hours on live chat with support to get it to work ha

          @Avantime: I didn't have any trouble with my old UK account using Brazilian codes then paying in New Zealand to upgrade to ultimate. Some have had issues though, doesn't seem to be much consistency on when it does it didn't work though

    Yeap done this during lockdown (think it cost $20 for the upgrade as there wasn't a deal on) but got 3 years of ultimate gamepass.

  If you go to Microsoft account settings and turn off recurring billing, you can just get another $1 month on the same account once it runs out. I'm on my 3rd in a row, after my original 3 month ultimate trial expired, all on the same account.
