    me too, thanks

  • What umf to get?

    • Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember reading 10 UMF is optimal. Higher UMF honey may give allergic reactions (if you're allergic to it) but I believe it's more effective. Price also gets exponentially higher the higher the UMF.

Read this like 4 years ago so memory is a bit blurry. Google if in doubt!

Don't get below 10 UMF as that's practically like normal honey. (Don't want to spread false info if I haven't properly done my research).

They are selling at the auckland airport and i used to sell those brand. You can trust their quality and my recommendation is puhutukawa honey. They were the one of the best seller and tawari is also popular. Puhutukawa is more sweet unique taste. Tawari is more luxury taste. Wild flowers has unique deep taste too. For manuka honey for give away cheap one is good or if you want to boost up your immunity, 15+ is recommended. 15+250g is at good price with 5+ 250g. So i got few bottles now. You cant get honey for those prices. It only goes up as bee population is decreasing but ppl’s demand is increasing

      • thanks a lot for info. This deal is really tempting but I wont be leaving until Nov so maybe I'll get it at the airport like you mentioned.

        • Honey keeps too. It last forever unless you open them, or leave it out exposing it to the weather. Keeping it in dry shaded places like your pantry or suitcase should do it.

Just a heads up. I just received my UMF 15+ jars. The manufacturing date on them is 2016 and the BB date is 2021.
