So as semi expected Ark is on Epic, a week late

Pretty sure Ark was intended for last week but delayed along the release of the update and Crystal Isles map as the developers said it wasn't a time to celebrate. So Overcooked was in its place. Samurai Shodown NeoGeo was always intended to be on this week.

For reference only, Ark has a 77%/mostly positive rating on Steam, 70% critic rating on Metacritic and 61% top critic average on OpenCritic and was given R13 by OFLC NZ. The Samurai Shodown collection is a new release of older games and one unreleased one so no recent ratings.

From what I can tell, all Ark free DLC are permanently free (not ending date listed, also free on Steam) although the other DLC are on 50% off sale.

  Not sure what the norm is but decided to make a new post rather than ask for the old thread https://www.cheapies.nz/node/23705 to be moved back since figured people may easily miss it even with a changed date. In any case adding Samurai Shodown to the older topic is likely to add even more confusion so this post is useful for that at least. With 2 games, I've made the link go to the free games part of Epic's site with individual links in the description

  When I click the 'Get' button in Ark Evolved it just takes me to the top of the page.
  Does anyone have a direct link to the screen the 'Get' button would normally take you to?

    yeap I have the same problem, used both firefox and safari browsers.

      Friend having the same problem, also seeing reports on Twitter and even trying to get things like Autochess doesn't work. It was working at about 8.10. Think it died sometime after that. Most likely Epic servers couldn't handle the load again. Probably wait a few hours or even a day or 2 (just don't forget it ends in a week) and try again.

      Seems to be working again now although from what happened with GTA it could break again
