Best Swimming Places [SOUTH ISLAND] (Waterfalls, Swimming Holes, Best Local Places)!!!

Will be coming to South Island - January 29 - February 6

Looking for the best swimming, cliff jumping swimming areas apart from beaches in South Island.

So far the best place that we have found is the Blue Pools, amazing water, with a bridge to jump off. Any other places that would be similar or even better would be greatly appreciated!
