Title says it all - bargain!

Fresh mussels cooked well are so tasty and tender, though it is easy to overcook and turn them rubbery.

There are a few good recipes here:

Mussels with shallots, garlic, parsley and cream
Grilled Mussels with bacon and parmesan cheese
Mussels with garlic lemon chive butter

They are also great in a seafood risotto or paella.
