I think this is actually available to anyone who isn't a subscriber.

I cancelled my membership 2 weeks ago, but my current month doesn't end until next week.

It still let me buy this

Kinda annoying - someone else is posting a duplicate which states you get spotify for 6 months but this is (as far as I can see) only for the UK/US.
