I don't buy this much and not from Countdown anyway since I can sometimes get it for $1 from Pak'n'Save but my memory is this isn't a new deal. AFAIK it's been this price for a long time. It was 4 for $5 as part of their "Price Lockdown" (i.e. "low" prices for a long time) promotion. Now they've renamed "Price Lockdown" to "Great Price" and it's the same thing. It could be that the pate version used to be excluded but I have old photos which suggest it was all of them. Maybe there was a period during the switch over where they removed the price or this was my store only but are you sure this is recent.
