The Warehouse Returns Policy

Just a heads up that I noticed yesterday that the generous returns policy at The Warehouse has been changed or is changing. The website is confusing though.

The Warehouse has a 60 day change of mind Money Back Guarantee with proof of purchase.

The Warehouse has a 12-month Money Back Guarantee with printed proof of purchase.

I'm guessing they're downgrading the guarantees to 60 days but haven't got the website correct yet? Anyone else seen this discussed or advertised?

    "Change of Mind" (where you simply decide you don't want it or don't like the colour) is different to the "Guarantee" (where it actually breaks from a manufacturing fault).

    60 days simply for changing your mind is massive generous though.

    Yep, 60 days, printed on the back of their receipts now.

      It used to be 12 months.I have returned my unused earphones for full moneyback after 6 months. It was still in packaging.
