Very weird
Sometimes the TV Guide website staff can be slow at setting up the new competition codewords and sometimes they make typos at their end, so it can be a case of trying again later to see if they fixed the problem.

As noted in the description, the Freeview Recorder competition ended on 5 May, but the Kate Humble books competition ends on 15 May. Both competitions were in the same issue of TV Guide.
