Regular chicken doesn't taste very nice with Chicking :/
Perhaps it was with the batch I had… it was fresh though so maybe my taste buds are too used to kfc/bk/mc main chicken items
Haven't tried spicy yet but reluctant to

I personally found their grilled chicken to be the best.

Which store? They have very mixed reviews online. I am reluctant to try them out too, as bad fried chicken and a Hangry Hound do not mix well.

Let me clarify - IMO grilled chicken is the best of the options available at Chicking. And it's the Hamilton store.

  •

I had the sticky chicken from Sylvia park and thought it was alright. It was just out the cooker. I waited nearly 20 minutes to get it.

I guess you mean spicy chicken? And this was with the $9.90 deal? Just wondering especially on the latter since it seems like coupon deals aren't valid at Sylvia Park but I guess this isn't a coupon deal.

Texas Chicken (Churches) is still better for me.

Just went to the Sylvia Park store. No grilled chicken available (even though it is on the overhead menu board), even asked the cashier who said they don't do it anymore?
Ended up trying spicy, not too greasy as far as fried chicken goes, but imo Texas spicy is better.

I got the BS too about no more grilled chicken. Can't blame them as the regular price for an 8pc bucket is around 27 bucks. So this is still a good deal for the price and provided the chicken is fresh and juicy, but would not pay full price for them. And yes, KFC or Texas is better imo too.
