I registered but when I went to submit my order I had to pay $6.50 because the coupon is not there any more, saying "no claimed coupons". Anyone else experiencing this?
its a shit app, the same thing happened to me, I complained to the manager and she made the milkshake for me
she told me that I was the third to go there today and complain

There seems to be a problem with the coupon not being redeemable in the POS system, until you've completed an order through the app. So go to a Wendy's, order something through the app, grab your food and then redeem the coupon. (show the staff the coupon before you press redeem)
If you're ordering takeaway/dine-in, grab one of the unused table numbers at the front counter/condiment stand and put that table number into the app. The staff will bring the food to your table once it's ready.
There seem to be two wendys in NZ. So guessing this isn't the ones that just do icecreams and milkshakes?
I had the Pina Colada shake showing up. But opened the app today and it has disappeared…
Does everyone realise you had to redeem it before it disappeared
Then it shows in your ‘My coupons’Mine is showing under My coupons with a note saying they are fixing a problem with that voucher
I can't seem to find the app anymore, it says " not available in your country or region" :(
DON'T USE THIS APP.
Tried using the voucher for the free pina colada, the app made me enter a credit card to redeem. Then in the 'check in' part, when I confirmed, it told me that there was an error in my payment method. I didn't finish the confirmation or get a drink BUT I was charged 7 separate $1s, $7 in total.I tried ringing up a store to tell them about this and the manager said I was calling the wrong place so I asked for the head office number (not on website or app). She told me she doesn't know and only customers can find out??? What do I do now?
Try Wendy's HQ again. If no luck, do a charge back with your credit card company. I haven't been to Wendy's for a while because their standards have fallen, and now this.
Your sure they are $1 hold charges? These generally refund after a few days. Just a way to confirm credit card works
Yeah but one $1 is enough, right? ;) As previously mentioned by other users, it's a shit app.
Don't disagree with you. Have hated the wendys app since their last attempt.
If the system kept failing that would explain multiple hold charges.
I'm just pointing out that if they are holds then they'll refund automatically and it's a waste of energy trying to call HQ.
If with ASB they should say pending on them.
