  So just to be clear, is it a separate claim form per purchase and separate envelope per claim?

  Or do you fill out a single claim form then chuck in the receipt + barcodes for all products purchased

    As far as I understand, after reading the form, you can use a single form for multiple claims. I don't have one on me, but I can take a photo tomorrow if you like.

      Form is there, just think it could be made a bit clearer whats expected

        Pretty much answers that for me, I'd take that as literally "Send a single form, the receipts, and the barcodes to us and that will be fine".

        But yes, it could be clearer.

    Yes it could be clearer, im thinking 1 form with ya receipts all in 1 envelope (its kinda silly that they have 7 different forms and the only thing different is the picture, especially since my local new world only had 3 of the 7 forms)
    I flicked them an email last night asking if i needed a separate form for each 2 products, i'm going to wait for a reply before i send mine off.
    Will get back to you when i hear from them.

    ALSO dont forget to include barcodes, i didnt write that in original post (up and go's just need the barcode from surrounding plastic, not from each individual drink)
