Wow, is this really almost free money? Seems like that, assuming you'll get to spend it before the gift cards expire. Which lead me to do some more digging to make sure they didn't have to be spent by Xmas or something. These are the interesting bits from the full terms and conditions:
Turns out the gift cards that you buy (at least $100 worth in single purchase) follow their regular T&C's - so 2 year expiry.
The promotional $20 gift card you receive expires 24th January 2019 - so around 2 months validity.
They have 1400 $20 gift cards to give away across six shopping centres. First in first served until they run out I guess.
You will be required to enter your name & email into their customer services ipad, and agree to join a mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are LynnMall, Sylvia Park, Centre Place, The Plaza, and Northlands. The Base and all lifestyle centres are excluded from this campaign.
I clicked through the Kiwi Property website to the LynnMall shopping centre pages and found the same promotion listed on there - so presumably this promotion is at all 5 shopping centres I listed above.
