Trademe and Private Equity Takeover (LBO) Rumors

It looks like we'll see much higher fees with Trademe in the future, if a private equity firm's leveraged buyout succeeds, and load the company with 10x more debt.

        Why?

        I had a look and it seems pretty similar but with better search facilities, and lower fees - what's the catch?
