  Sometimes. There have been a few app deals with that price and some non app deals further back. And still one or two $3 for 6 deals due so same price per nugget but fewer and since an app deal only one. Regular price is $13 + for 20 nuggets.
  
  Burger King also have 9 nuggets for $2.95 most of the time no limits.
  
  Both Burger King and McDonald's are tempura coated very similar to a 1kg pack of Inghams or Tegels when they are deep fried. KFC use their original recipe derived coating which some people like some don't but is in any case different from most other nuggets. KFC nuggets are also fairly expensive normally since 6 pack is their largest.

I picked up this deal, a couple of weeks ago. Imagine my surprise when I got all the way home, only to discover I hadn't received ANY nuggets, but rather, 3 Wicked Wings and 2 Crispy Strips…
