Christmas has arrived early for Cheapies! Saw this article in the Herald today - looks like Xiaomi is opening up a flagship store in Sylvia Park!
Apparently they will be selling their smart home and lifestyle devices here in addition to their smart phones.
Here's to hoping for prices that undercut their competitors (rather than the prices we see at PB…) and the Chinese online stores like GB and Aliexpress.

So the que was from before 8 am? Was thinking it must have been considering how long it was by 9.30. Was Sylvia Park already open or did you have to que outside?
Thats really cool, this means that we'll no longer have to hunt for the international versions of their products.
I hope they carry their electric scooters/bikes too.
