  Not sure how dodgy their system is. Signed up for an account to test out shipping fees, logged in and had someone elses contact details, address etc listed in existing address in my newly created account. Beware, your details may get leaked!!!

  I just registered and also see another person's name, address, and phone number.

  They might be all the same one perhaps - I see someone in Armidale, NSW with a phone number ending in 573.

  There is a button to remove them, which I clicked, and its gone, just leaving me.

  For what its worth, I also could not create the account with a New Zealand address - the country field was faulty, and stuck to Australia (could be worse, it might have been 'France'). However, I could add a new address after registering, and remove the 'fake' address in 'Auckland, Australia' I had to use when I signed up.

  When I click on the $1 tap, it takes me to a $25.74 tap.

  Not a good look, so I would steer clear.

    Great seems like its a common issue in their system then. Yea, I also couldnt sign up as NZ coz country was stuck on Australia. I got another customers detail thats different from yours.
    The main issue isnt really removing the other persons detail though, its more that I wouldnt want my details to be dropped off so someone else can see it. So far I have not entered in anything thats "real" so I don't really mind but if this issue doesnt get solved, chances are I wouldnt even consider ordering anything from there.
    Shipping to Auckland comes out to be around $12 for that $1 tap if anyone wanted to know.

      Also, the customer support telephone number looks dodgy. It says:

      Call the AstiVita’s Customer Support Team on 1300 ASTIVITA

      No way a number starting with a '1' is going to work (unless you are dialling something like '111')

        I did end up emailing them about it and they got back to me pretty fast. Said that they are looking into this issue and it should be sorted out tomorrow so we will see how it goes I guess.
        1300 numbers are those similar 0800 numbers to NZ i think. The numbers wont work from NZ as they are based in Australia so I could see why its confusing for us here.

        I did end up checking their business in Australia and everything seems to check out. They are registered in AUS with an ABN that links to their ASX. Based in Queensland from what I can see and have actual stores. They also sell on Amazon.au.

        Should just see how the rep replies to the issues tomorrow I guess.

        Not too sure why your $1 tap ends up at 25.74 but as for me, Mine at check out is $1 + around $12 shipping to Auckland.

      Sorry everyone for how this has unfolded! Please rest assured that we have taken this matter very seriously and will be conducting final testing on the site this afternoon to ensure all issues have been fixed. Hopefully it will be fully functional this evening, but I will keep everyone updated.

      We hope once all issues are resolved that you do purchase some of our cheap tap-ware as it is at below cost for us and was supposed to commence our re-entry into New Zealand.
