      I had to contact them twice, I hope to have a reply via email in the coming days. This has been annoying as it looks like the only way to get you 3 months free is to contact xbox support.

    Did you get your code? Still battling for mine, they told me on the online chat there was a lot of people claiming codes who had already received them… not us!

      After 3 attempts and waiting days after each follow-up, I got angry and replied I will move all my Microsoft 365 clients to google. I will also not recommend any new clients to Microsoft cloud services. The next day I got my code and an apology. My Xbox account is under my work email so that may of help also.

        I got 1 month free Xbox gold while they procrastinate at their end with promises of email updates (except the account I purchased it under we don’t use gold, it was for my nephew)
