Saw this code advertised in today's paper. Energy Club charges you the cost price of electricity and then $5 (or possibly lower) per week to be part of their company.
No contracts AFAIK. I guess compare the price vs. Powershop, Flick etc. and see how it works out. Good discussion here.

Did a bill comparison and managed to save $2.80 month.
However, taking into a/c the 30cpl I get from Contact Energy (worth $15 monthly), then cost $12.20 month more.
Is that 30 cents per litre in addition to what you normally get refilling from BP or Caltex?

The 30cpl is credited by Contact Energy to your AA Smartfuel account on the 1st of each month.
My plan is Fuel Rewards Freedom.

Noted that the rewards for Fuel Rewards Freedom has changed from 30cpl to 15cpl.
So far I am still getting 30cpl, will need to check on 01/05/18.
