An amazing survival sim game where you are a civilian/ group of civilians during a war, I originally paid for this game and love it. As many do looking at the overwhelmingly positive reviews on steam.

Originally the developer donated money from sales, helping children in war-torn countries by raising funds for War Child, a charity that works to support and protect Syrian refugee children.

The developer is releasing their next game; Frost Punk on 25 April if you enjoy This War of Mine, check it out as it looks amazing too :)

      Yea it says free weekend. Steam does stuff like this quite often and after the free weekend, the game disappears from your account if you didnt pay for it. Could be different for this game but I do agree with you that you probably won't be able to keep this.
