just be aware it seems you need to sign up for a 12 or 24 month plan.

imo the skinny direct plans are better in the long run than any of the new promos

    • You can sign for open term like the same as 2 degrees (One Month Terms) … Check the terms and conditions above.

      • oops yea you're right skimmed the sentence:

Offer available to new Vodafone customers who sign up to any open term or On Account mobile plan on a 12 or 24 month term between 26 March and 2 April 2018.

  • I think the best deal still exists with the Vodafone flexi prepay if you're not a massive data user. I get 100 minutes, 250 texts and 1.25gb for $15 with carryover (28 days though vs 30). Plus you can get the bonus Friday deals if you need a bit more.

    • I am not sure if the situation is changed, I was on Vodafone prepaid monthly about a year ago and collected about 4GB of carryover data over 2 years. One month, their system made an error did not refresh my prepaid balance and made me thought I have enough money for renewal. So I wasn't able to renew my plan and on the date, they immediately wipe out all my carryover data without any change to get them back.

I swear I will never ever go back to them.

  • The social pass + $50 prezzy card seem pretty good! But their data doesn't have any roll over aye?

    • no roll over on account

  • Should be the 2nd April, according to the site!

  • Hey guys a bit confuse, what is this mean that ‘will be applied from your second bill for a period of 6 months’. pay full cost for first month then will get half discount from after that?

  • Reckon I'll get $10 a month off my Vodafone Internet if I'm on the open term?

    • 98% sure you do

  • +1

Current Red Lite plan customer with them Open Term. Called them immediately and they gave me 6 months 50% without question or 12 months term. Call ask for Retention team if already with them! Thanks for the tip

    • Just tried the same, but because I’m on a ‘special’ plan already they couldn’t do it unless I changed to advantage lite.
My plan at the moment is unlimited calls and texts and 4gb data for $40

  • Could I stay for 6 months and then quit?

    • Yup, even 1 month if you really wanted - it's open term!

      • YEAh but the first month is full price isn’t it :)
