Drawing/writing tablet with pen included, available in blue or pink. Seems a decent price (cheapest I could find on AliExpress was US $3.50 shipped)

You can check the customer reviews tab on GearBest for pictures, videos and similar. Note that while the battery is included, it cannot be replaced, however comments indicate that it should last some some years as it's only used to clear the screen (the drawing remains on the screen without consuming any battery). Should be good for ~ 50,000 erase cycles.

  This is a very small drawing tablet, and really only suitable for kids.

  Got mine, quite small, about 11.5x8.5cm.

  Works though
