Online application only shows Lower North Island area. I did try using address outside Lower North Island and received a confirmation. Waiting for the card to be delivered. Thanks OP

I think for Lower North Island area you can join by filling out the online form. But for the rest, we need to go to NW pickup the Christmas Club card, then register online.

This looks like a good deal however if anyone has any experience with the Christmas Club card in the Lower North Island are you able to clarify for me the details on WHEN you can spend on it?
The FAQ's between newworldchristmas.co.nz (not lower north) and nwxmas.co.nz (lower north) card sign up pages have a very clear difference.
It seems for lower north card holders you can only spend your money during December -> February whereas non lower north customers can spend their money at any time of the year (not related to the bonus).
Example:
I join up and add $2000 to my card today and on 1st Dec I will have $2138 (inclusive of my $10 bonus)..
Lower North Scenario : I must spend Dec to Feb only otherwise anything left over is locked away until next Dec to Feb.
Not Lower North Scenario : Spend this anytime I want whether its January, May or November.. anytime.
Is my understanding correct?
