    • He probably means "Based on the T&E the voucher should have expired on 1st September 2017" maybe update that part I guess…

      • Good point. They actually changed/updated the T&Cs, so it is valid in Sep&Oct…

    • It's good for some cosmetics and perfume and spiritis if you get them on special AND duty free. The retail assistanys can often knock an extra 20% off if you can sweet talk them and buy a few items.

    • Absolutely agree with kiwijunglist. You don't save a fortune, but for booz etc. you can save a couple of bug compared to the regular retail. I think black and white doesn't really work in this world anymore… and so it is with duty free, too.

      Not sure in regards to overseas though. I find Australia being at the monent at least being 10-15% more expensive then NZ.

      • Yeah some things are cheaper than here in nz, maybe even than in oz-totally agree some states there keep taxes realy high dont thay??. most long haul locations dont tax as heavily and we (aus/nz) do though and grog is dirt cheap even in the stores, i remember buying a bottle of johny long legs for $45 and thinking i was a good deal then got the japan and its was even cheaper in the 7-11- about $30 in kiwi dollars- its leaves me soo miffed about the taxes we pay here!

        • yea 15% GST + tiny population makes everything more expensive. Also the geographic position of the country makes getting items across the sea more expensive. lol
