Can't suggest any models, not really my area, but you could try here: https://pricespy.co.nz/category.php?m=s321388115&o=produkt_p… for other options with similar specs and price.
Ive seen the Panasonic TH-58EX780 vs 730 in action (sister in-law works at panasonic). The screen(s) are one of the best I've seen for gaming.
I nearly bought one a few months ago, but as they run Firefox O/S and Firefox made that end of life in 2016 I was a bit concerned that the O/S wouldn't get updates or new apps/support. Panasonic have since brought ongoing development in house http://www.techradar.com/news/panasonics-firefox-os-is-dead-…
Maybe theyve resolved that now?
Personal opinion - always go for the bigger set :)
Go into a Noel Leeming and ask if they've got any Panasonic DX900 models left. Great TV, last year's model. I picked one up for just under $3k, they were originally $5k I think.
You'll probably find better answers in Geekzone or the Aussie Whirlpool forums.
