The voucher doesn't have any unique code, so it's possible you could share it.

Valid anytime from 1-31 august 2017. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cannot be redeemed for cash or cigarettes. No change given. A physical copy of the voucher must be presented when settling the bill or the voucher must be emailed to the venue at the time of settling the bill.
So not entirely free, as there may be a printing cost or mobile data cost to send the email. And only one voucher. Also when voting it says one vote per person.
